The Redcliffe Dolphins were totally out-played by an enthusiastic Central Comets side 34-10 in this Round 4 QRL clash at Dolphin oval.

Scores were locked at 10 all at the half-time break, but the Comets cruised away in the second half for a well deserved victory.

With ex Brisbane Bronco PJ Marsh directing the play and giant interchange forward George Tuakura monstering the Redcliffe defence, the Comets were a class above in this match and never looked like being headed in the second half.

The Dolphins will need a much improved effort this up- coming Sunday, if they are to overcome an in-form Norths Devils outfit on their home-ground.

Central Comets 34 (T.Hewitt 2, N.Bowman, G.Parle, M.Fickling, A.Dale tries: N.Bowman 5 goals)

defeated

Redcliffe 10 (Tom Butterfield, A.Simpson tries: Liam Georgetown goal)

Dolphin Oval Sunday April 15, 2009.
